Service Unavailability

If our IPTV service is unavailable for an extended period (typically more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, we may issue a prorated refund for the downtime.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription or charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our end, we will promptly refund the duplicate or incorrect charge.

Service Not as Described

If the service you receive is materially different from what was advertised at the time of purchase (e.g., significantly fewer channels than promised in your plan), you may be eligible for a refund.

Free Trial Issues

If you were charged during a free trial period when you should not have been, or if you canceled before the trial ended but were still charged, we will refund the charge.

When Refunds Are NOT Provided

To maintain fairness and protect against abuse, we do not provide refunds in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the service, or decided not to use it. We encourage you to take advantage of our free trial (when available) to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.

Content Dissatisfaction

Failure to Cancel Auto-Renewal

Partial Period Refunds

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of that period.

Violations of Terms of Service

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (such as account sharing, unauthorized reselling, fraudulent activity, or other prohibited conduct), you will not be entitled to any refund.
